Registered Manager Opportunity in Redhill, Surrey
Domus is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities in Redhill, Surrey.
This role involves managing a specialist residential facility dedicated to providing high-quality care for adults with Learning Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise staff to maximize their potential through leadership, coaching, support, and guidance.
* Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and improve care standards where necessary.
* Maintain high care standards and effectively manage staff within the home.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
* Strong knowledge of CQC, Health and Safety, and Local Authority requirements.
* Experience managing residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
* Experience in recruiting staff and managing occupancy levels.
* Proven line management experience with large staff teams.
