Duties
* Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the restaurant or hospitality venue
* Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective teamwork
* Manage food preparation and production processes, adhering to food safety regulations
* Support in menu planning and execution, contributing to culinary creativity and innovation
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
* Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and enhance service quality
Experience
* Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques
* Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production
* Previous experience in team management, demonstrating leadership skills
* Background in serving or barista roles is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
