We have an unrivaled offering of products, a respected brand, and a very dedicated Customer Service Team! It is within this passionate team at Marshalls, that we’re recruiting for an Orders Team Leader.
So, what’s the role?
Elevate our customer service experience by leading a dynamic team of Order Advisors! As a key player, you'll promote a collaborative spirit, tackle challenging customer service issues with confidence, and champion the growth of your team members. Your role will involve managing customer order inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing any after-sales issues with a proactive approach.
You'll also collaborate closely with our sales teams to enhance customer loyalty through outstanding service, support sales initiatives, and identify new sales opportunities. If you’re passionate about driving success, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is your chance to shine!
What skills and experience do you need to bring with you?
