Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience in eCommerce? We're looking for a
Ecommerce Administrator
to join a busy team on a temporary basis, supporting product setup, content creation, and compliance for online retail platforms.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing (or equivalent work experience)
* Previous experience in an eCommerce role, ideally with Amazon or similar platforms
* Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
* Strong analytical approach with intermediate Excel skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Organised, proactive, and a real team player who can work across multiple stakeholders
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting product setup for eCommerce, ensuring deadlines are met and items are live on retail websites
* Assisting with the setup and amendment of pre-orders across multiple markets
* Coordinating with internal teams to gather assets and translations for product variations
* Helping with item setup testing and data quality audits to ensure accurate product detail pages (PDPs)
* Correcting categorisation errors for existing items
* Uploading QA documentation and "Slip Sheets" to Amazon Vendor Central
* Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the Sales Operations team
Desirable:
* Additional European language skills would be a bonus
* Interest in AI
