About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead Juniper’s lifecycle and retention strategy. In this role, you’ll create engaging, data‑driven campaigns that guide and support patients throughout their journey, directly influencing how they experience Juniper and perceive the value we provide.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS and in‑app messaging.
* Personalise communications for specific cohorts and stages using data and insights.
* Create high‑quality, impact‑focused content on nutrition, weight loss and health.
* Design innovative campaigns such as automated onboarding flows, retention touchpoints and reactivation strategies.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product and analytics teams to align initiatives with business goals and patient needs.
* Continuously test and optimise campaigns through A/B testing, learning and improvement.
* Track and report on key engagement and retention metrics to measure impact and inform future strategies.
Qualifications
* At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM within fast‑paced or startup environments.
* Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Customer.io, Braze) and analytics platforms (Tableau, Mixpanel, Metabase).
* Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using insights to identify gaps and optimisation opportunities; experience running A/B tests.
* Strong written communication skills and empathy in content creation.
* Passionate about patient experience and problem‑solving, with a demonstrated interest in health and wellness.
* Highly organised, independent and collaborative within a team.
* Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excited by creative problem‑solving and innovation.
