Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Eastbourne for an Account Handling Executive & Telephone Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and conducting outbound and inbound calls. Daily tasks will include handling queries, generating and following up on leads, and contributing to sales and marketing strategies. The candidate will also be responsible for training clients and ensuring a high level of communication and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Account Management and telephone based Customer Service skills
* Sales and Training skills
* Excellent Communication skills
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in business development or telemarketing is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
