Permanent Practice Nurse – Farnborough
£35,000 p/a
Dream Medical are working with a modern GP practice in Farnborough which is looking for a Full time Practice Nurse to start ASAP. The position is permanent full time and duties are as follows:
Duties
* You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
Requirements
* Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
* The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
* Child and adult immunisations
* Cervical Cytology
* Diabetes
* Asthma and COPD monitoring
* Family planning
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
* Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
Salary
£35,000 p/a negotiable and dependant on experience.
