Salary: Up To £60,000 dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
• Create, develop and deliver an innovative employee engagement plan, targeting a dispersed and diverse workforce
• Build, maintain and continually improve a network of stakeholders across the organisation and wider enterprise
• Provide advice and support to teams across the business in response to their reactive and proactive demands
• Provide support and pastoral care for a small team of advisors, helping them to manage priorities, workload and deliverables to the expected timescales and quality
• Work closely with colleagues across the Maritime Sector to evolve a suite of channels, campaigns and measurement
• Support the design and delivery of a range of visits, events and employee engagements
Your skills and experiences:
• Proven experience working in employee communications and engagement, ideally focused on an offline audience
• Line and stakeholder manager experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of corporate communication best working practices
• A keen attention to detail
• A passion for innovative storytelling
