About the Role
As a people person you will support a diverse range of individuals of all ages, providing personal care such as continence support, washing, dressing, medication support, meal preparation, and household tasks. You will promote independence and bring joy to those you support.
No prior experience is required; all training is provided on the job.
Qualifications
* Must be aged 18 or over
* Subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
Driving Requirements
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Be medically fit to drive
* Be willing to undertake appropriate checks in line with company policy
Expected average hours – 20 to 40 hours per week with flexible shift options, including short shifts or 12‑hour days or nights.
