Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025. The Coordinator, UK Park Project, will support the overall operation and priorities of the proposed theme park and resort. This includes administrative and operational support, execution of plans and initiatives, monitoring, tracking, and reporting coverage, maintaining databases, planning documents, distribution and contact lists, social media and editorial calendars, website updates and more. Major Responsibilities Assist with the development and execution of project initiatives, including support of tactics across a variety of topics - inclusive of, community impact, government relations, transportation, housing, and development. Draft administrative correspondence to outside groups associated with project initiatives. Assist team with administrative support including distribution of internal and external communications; scheduling meetings; content review submissions; email inbox monitoring; managing distribution lists; mailings, and more. Assist with research needs, and tracking and monitoring media coverage, including real-time updates related to the project, its competitors and / or industry-related issues. Manage inbound community mailbox and partner with government councils on constituent correspondence. Assist in the execution of events by sourcing venues and coordinating with vendors, managing and tracking invoices and ensuring budget alignment. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. To perform this job successfully, the candidate should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), workflow coordination and organization skills. They'll need to handle multiple concurrent priorities, be able to work autonomously on daily tasks and build strong internal and external relationships. Experience with various toolsets (i.e. Microsoft suite, MuckRack and WordPress) is preferred.
