Senior Business Development Manager
Overview
An established IT services provider is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to help drive new revenue and expand its client base. This position suits someone who enjoys building relationships from the ground up, developing long-term partnerships, and influencing growth strategy within a dynamic business.
You’ll take ownership of new business generation and account expansion, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
* Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
* Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers.
* Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to strengthen the sales pipeline.
* Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
* Represent the company’s values and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant security and quality standards.
* Support business improvement initiatives and contribute to long-term growth.

* Proven success in business development or account management within IT managed services or a related technology field.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing complex sales cycles.
