Brecon High School is seeking an ambitious and inspiring leader to join us as Associate Assistant Headteacher: Sci‑Tech (L9–11). This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator with a strong moral purpose and a commitment to improving outcomes for all learners.
You will lead the Sci‑Tech AOLE, driving high‑quality teaching, learning and skills development, shaping curriculum and assessment, and supporting professional learning across the area. The role also includes exciting whole‑school leadership responsibilities that will be shaped around your strengths.
Ability to teach Science at KS4/KS5 is essential.
We are looking for someone who brings vision, creativity, and proven impact — a leader who is visible, supportive, skilled at building strong teams, and energised by the challenge of improving standards and driving school improvement.
