Working Hours & Schedule
Total Working Hours: 38
Working Pattern: Weeks 1 - 5 Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730; Week 6 Monday to Friday 0900-1730; Saturday 0900 - 1200 (full time hours with one in six Saturdays)

Responsibilities
* Participating in all branch processes
* Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
* Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
* Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Qualifications
* NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
* Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
* Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate
* Experience working in a customer‑focused environment
* Strong understanding of confidentiality
* Ability to handle medications accurately
