About the Role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist/Technician, you will be the technical backbone of project delivery, leading the production of coordinated, high-quality construction information and ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to Principal Designer duties, and play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
6. Lead the development of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
7. Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements, including Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
8. Coordinate information across architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
9. Support Principal Designer responsibilities, promoting best practice in health and safety
10. Mentor junior team members and champion a culture of technical excellence
11. Engage confidently with clients and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
What You’ll Bring
12. 5+ years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally in a senior capacity
13. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and associated technical software
14. Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations, UK construction methods, and the Building Safety Act
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead and inspire
16. CIAT chartership is advantageous but not essential
17. A full UK driving licence is preferred, though not required thanks to excellent London transport links
