Looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule? Want to play a part in supporting students during some of their biggest school moments?
We’re working with a range of welcoming secondary schools across Telford and Shropshire who are looking for reliable and organised Exam Invigilators to support during busy exam seasons.
You’ll be stepping into calm, well-run environments where your role really matters, helping students focus, feel at ease, and perform at their best.
The role
As an Exam Invigilator, you’ll help keep exams running smoothly and fairly. From setting up the exam hall to ensuring regulations are followed, you’ll be a steady presence in the room.
Day to day, you’ll be:
* Preparing exam rooms and materials before students arrive
* Supervising students during exams, maintaining a calm and quiet environment
* Following exam board regulations and school procedures carefully
* Supporting with the collection and secure handling of exam papers
* Responding confidently to any unexpected situations
Some days you’ll work independently, others as part of a team, but you’ll always be supported by school staff and your Protocol consultant.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need loads of experience, just the right attitude and attention to detail.
We’re looking for people who are:
* Calm, professional, and approachable
* Organised and naturally detail-focused
* Confident following clear processes and instructions
* Reliable and flexible, especially during exam periods
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Previous school or invigilation experience is helpful, but not essential, full training is provided.
