Childrens Residential Support Worker at Cambian Group

We are recruiting Children Support Workers for one of our residential children’s homes in Wisbech.
The working day can be unpredictable, involving duties such as organizing activities and attending parental appointments. We seek flexible, reliable, and adaptable individuals who can read situations well to help our young people make positive choices.
Role Details:
1. Working on a rota basis, with average hours per month, plus sleep-ins depending on the home’s size. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements to accommodate personal commitments.
2. Meeting the needs of Children and Young People in line with OFSTED regulations
3. Organizing and facilitating social activities outside of school
4. Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping, etc.)
5. Attending and participating in team meetings
Qualifications, Experience, and Requirements:
1. Life skills are valued; experience with children or in health and social care is beneficial but not essential, as full training and support are provided
