Position: Machine Operator / Fork Truck Operator
Contract Type: Temporary possibly leading to permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Pay Rate: £13.12 per hour (increasing to £13.41 after FLT training)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate large-scale industrial machinery according to defined instructions and operating procedures.
Follow a production schedule while collaborating with a small, cohesive team.
Manufacture adhesive coated tapes for various applications, including automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
Set up machines, load raw materials, manually operate machinery, and unload finished products.
Maintain product quality through careful monitoring and application of judgement.
Conduct basic data entry and utilise computer systems effectively.What We're Looking For:
Valid Fork Lift Truck (FLT) licence is preferred but not essential, candidates without a current FLT licence will undergo a 1-day assessment provided in-house.
Experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment operating production equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent manual dexterity and flexibility in working style.

Converting shifts with an 8-hour rotation covering days and evenings, Monday to Friday. This may include 12-hour shifts as wellWhy Join Us?
