BD is seeking a driven and collaborative Territory Manager - Medication Preparation and Delivery to drive continuous development within their assigned territory while actively contributing to the broader strategic growth of the business. The Medication Preparation & Delivery (MP&D) portfolio represents a significant opportunity and is positioned to be a growth engine for BD MDS. At BD, we're looking for sales professionals that are not content with the status quo; we are building a sales team that wants to win and grow the BD market share to advance the world of Health™. Strong command of SFDC CRM is a core requirement at BD.


Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth and market share of the BD Medication Preparation & Delivery (MP&D) Portfolio, including IV sets, Needlefree Connectors, Hypodermic and core products.
* Engage across all areas of the hospital—from ward-level to leadership—to drive successful implementation and growth of the BD Medication Preparation & Delivery (MP&D) portfolio.
* Leverage clinical and product knowledge to advance sales opportunities aligned with customer needs.
* Understand customer needs and drivers to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships, positioning BD as the partner of choice.
* Proactively develop and implement territory plan for sustainable, long-term sales success, reviewing and altering in line with BD MP&D strategy & direction.
* Follow account management plan by area growth, focusing on targeted accounts and groups within the region.
* Conduct and manage product trials & in-service process as part of account conversion.
* Work effectively with the Regional Business Manager, Inside Sales & Marketing team to maximize business potential.
* Collaborate closely with BD MDS VAM, BD MDS Clinical and BDX teams to drive growth in accounts.
* Achieve standards, expectations, and performance as agreed with manager.
* Communicate market and competitor information via Salesforce.com.
* Input all activities, opportunities, and tasks into Salesforce.com.
* Participate in quarterly business reviews.
* Liaise with commercial team where appropriate.


Qualifications

* Proven track record of selling success in the NHS Environment or Private Hospitals.
* Thorough knowledge of the NHS, specifically within secondary care.
* Vascular Access, IV Therapy, and infection prevention experience, with practical clinical skills and knowledge of IV care, guidelines, and best practices. These are a plus, but not essential.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
* A passion for healthcare and a drive to contribute to BD's mission of advancing the world of health.
