A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BAR SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing Lead, inspire, and support the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift. Oversee the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency with signature recipes and premium standards. Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service, efficiency, and attention to detail at all times. Coordinate team schedules and delegate responsibilities to maintain seamless workflow. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure the bar is fully equipped and cost-effective. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the bar area. Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues quickly to maintain a first-class experience. Ensure all licensing, health & safety, and company policies are followed. Report equipment issues and liaise with management to maintain operational excellence. Support training and development of bartenders, fostering a motivated and high-performing team. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven experience in a bar leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktail preparation, and bar operations. Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail. Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering premium guest service. A hands-on approach with dedication to maintaining high standards at all times.
