 1. Salary up to £34,824 (based on qualifications and sleep-in shifts)

 19. Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
 20. A full UK driving licence ā essential for transporting young people and attending external meetings
 21. A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
 22. Be able to work shift patterns including sleep ins (Rota plan given in advance but likely to be 2 on 4 off)
