Position Summary
South Lanarkshire Council is looking for a Day Care Assistant based in Lifestyles, East Kilbride to work 17.5 hours per week, permanent. Salary is £12,591 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality service to people in the community.
* Work as part of a team and undertake delegated tasks.
* Promote service users’ independence, rights, choice and individuality.
* Work one of the shift rosters as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* SVQ in Social Care Level 2 or 3, or an HNC in Social Care, or willingness to work towards these qualifications.
* Enthusiastic, flexible and a strong team player.
Hours and Salary
Hours: 17.5hrs per week, permanent. Salary/Hourly Rate: £12,591.
