Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long Term, Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Rotherham (S65, S66).
As a Teacher of English, you will play a significant role in helping students develop strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of English language and literature.
Key Responsibilities of an English Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
* Teach a range of topics within English Language and Literature.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track attainment.
* Create an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and enrichment activities.
English Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature.
* Previous teaching experience in a secondary school setting is desirable.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
* A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL.
