Job Description:
We’re recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus, and a strong benefits package.
This role can be offered on a Full Time, Part Time, or Job Share basis.
What you'll be doing:
* Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients
* Upholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the business
* Completing 5 points per day
* Promptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints, and claims
* Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor, VRS registered valuer, and EPC accredited
* Excellent valuation and survey experience
* Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures
* Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation
