This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and a structured shift pattern within a stable and growing manufacturing environment.
Shift Pattern: Week 1: 6:00am 1:30pm Week 2: 1:30pm 9:00pm Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment Fault finding and diagnostics on electrical systems and machinery Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations Working closely with production and engineering teams on site Requirements: 18th Edition City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively on a rotating shift pattern Whats on Offer: Salary of £40,000 £41,000 Stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable manufacturing business Supportive engineering team and well-maintained site Shift rota providing work-life balance If youre an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a secure on-site role in Tewkesbury, wed love to hear from you.
