This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in an IFA environment who is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and professional office.Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality administrative support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs)
* Process new business applications and ongoing client servicing requirements
* Liaise with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure smooth and timely processing of work
* Prepare documentation and reports for client meetings and annual reviews
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
* Support the financial planning process, ensuring all files are audit-ready
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role is highly desirable
* Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Good knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally CRM/financial software systems
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Interest in or progress toward professional qualifications (e.g., CII)
