SUMMARY: Responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy and developing treatment plans for children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following : � Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents � Develop and implement individualized treatment plans � Provide evidence-based therapy to support children and adolescents with various mental health concerns � Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients � Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation � Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development activities EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE � Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or related field) CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES � Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) � Membership of appropriate professional bodies inline with NHS Talking Therapies Guidelines REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: � Demonstrate Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting � Knowledge of evidence-based practices for child and adolescent mental health � Strong communication and interpersonal skills � Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other patient record management systems WORKING CONDITIONS � In person Consultation � Virtual online Consultation � Telephone Consultations
