As a Senior HR Advisor based in Campsie, you will provide advice and support to managers on operational HR matters, acting as a true business partner. You will support the development and delivery of the HR strategy alongside the Senior HR Manager.
This is a key role working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and improve performance by driving the people agenda and fostering a culture of growth.
What You’ll Do
1. Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to support effective HR process delivery.
2. Provide guidance and coaching to managers, supervisors, and team members.
3. Partner with the HR team on projects and initiatives.
4. Manage employee relations and be the main point of contact for related issues.
5. Support performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes.
6. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
7. Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and HR practices.
8. Manage absence and employee relations issues proactively.
9. Oversee payroll administration and participate in budgeting.
10. Plan and deliver training and development programs.
What You’ll Bring
* HR-related Degree (advantageous).
* 5+ years HR generalist experience at Advisor level or above.
* Member of CIPD or relevant professional qualification.
* Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
* Experience within a large manufacturing environment and employee relations expertise.
* Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
