Grade 2 £24,796 - £26,824 FTE (actual salary £19,069 - £20,629 per annum) Grade 3 £27,254 - £33,699 FTE (actual salary £20,960 - £25,916 per annum) The Teaching Assistant will be required to: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities Assist pupils with learning, ensuring they reach their full potential Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Support with preparation of resources and classroom management Contribute to pupil wellbeing and pastoral support The role will also include lunchtime supervision What you’ll need to succeed Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with children Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Be committed to supporting the learning and development of all pupils Have a relevant Level 3 qualification if applicable What you will get in return Be part of a friendly and supportive school community Opportunities for professional development and career growth Make a direct impact on the learning journey of our pupils.
