We have a new vacancy within our Head Office Team, ideal for someone detail-oriented with an eye for all things Menu related.
We’re seeking a tech-savvy Menu Systems Administrator to join our Central Operations team. This hybrid role requires travel to our Head Office on Conway Street in Fitzrovia.
The role involves maintaining accurate, up-to-date digital menus, pricing, and POS systems to enhance guest experience and gather insights from feedback.
The salary is £35,000, with a performance-based bonus of an additional 10%, working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
* Linking recipes and building menus across platforms
* Spec building and updating menu descriptions and prices
* Uploading specifications and ensuring data accuracy
* Managing POS updates and testing tills before launch
* Reviewing menu builds and testing venues pre-go-live
* Conducting regular checks on tills and ensuring they are functional and correctly set up for discounts and third-party codes
* Drafting menus for web and PDF uploads, ensuring consistency
* Replacing outdated menus during seasonal updates
* Maintaining menus across multiple platforms
Ideal candidate qualities:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Experience with POS systems (e.g., Comtrex) and digital menu platforms
* Comfortable with spreadsheets, PDFs, and content management tools
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Collaborative mindset to work with various teams
* Proactive approach and passion for operational excellence
* Excellent communication skills
