Kenna Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity for a Sales and Finance Coordinator to join a Tier 1 Construction business in their stunning office in Brentwood, Essex.
Overview:
You will be part of a dedicated finance team and will collaborate closely with a dynamic sales team that is proud of its success. We are looking for a hardworking and enterprising person to manage the plot database and other sales and finance reporting functions, owning the process from the point of data entry to it’s presentation in financial reporting and customer correspondence. Also providing support to the Regional Finance Director and Sales and Marketing Director. This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, accurate forecasting of financial performance and helping the region deliver its sales and financial targets.
Key Skills / Experience:
* Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and analyse data
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to communicate at all levels of the business
* Good attention to detail, able to proofread reports and prepare documentation
* Strong organisational and planning skills, happy to be flexible with their time to meet deadlines when required
* Able to think laterally and anticipate the implications of their own and other people's actions and decisions
* Ability and willingness to collaborate and build working relationships across multiple disciplines
* Confident and IT literate - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
* Good prioritising and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Experience of ensuring accuracy of data input and ability to follow procedures, Group policies and statutory requirements.
* Ability to follow up queries and resolve them satisfactorily and promptly
More about the Sales & Finance Coordinator role…
* Data input into KEYS/COINS to ensure sales activities are logged accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure plot data is inline with NHQC requirements
* Ownerships of the plot database and sales related information on COINS is accurate and up to date
* Produce daily/weekly reports in line with business requirements, checking for data integrity and accuracy
* Create, update and analyse Excel spreadsheets to track performance and activities
* Set up of reports, records and COINS entries for new developments
* Support the Finance and Sales Departments with various tasks and activities
* Respond in a professional and timely manner to all departmental queries
* First point of call for COINS related queries
