HubSpot Project Manager – Contract (Outside IR35)

Location: Mostly remote with occasional office travel
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a high-growth organisation. This is an initial 6-month contract outside IR35, with the potential for extension.
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a HubSpot implementation programme
* Own the solution design, delivery roadmap, and execution plan
* Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and technical stakeholders
* Oversee CRM implementation (approx. 70%) and data/process migration (approx. 30%)
* Ensure successful deployment and adoption of HubSpot across the organisation
* Provide senior stakeholder reporting and programme governance
Experience Required
* Proven Project Manager experience delivering CRM implementations
* Strong experience with HubSpot, RevOps, or similar CRM ecosystems
* Background delivering complex transformation or systems implementation programmes
* Experience leading solution design and roadmap ownership
* Consulting experience strongly preferred
* Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
This role would suit a delivery-focused HubSpot / CRM Project Manager comfortable leading complex implementations and working closely with senior business stakeholders.
