Job Description Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Coordinator - Leamington Spa - £25k basic Commission My client is a leading and well-established Lettings and Estate Agency who have built up an impressive reputation over several years. They are currently looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic team. They are looking for a professional with experience in residential property sales and contract chasing along with either knowledge or a willing to learn residential lettings. This role is primarily office-based, focusing on progressing property sales and lettings through to completion, conducting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks, and ensuring their operations remain fully compliant within industry regulations. You’ll also occasionally be required to attend property viewings, providing flexibility and client support when needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and progress residential sales and lettings from offer to completion Liaise with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure a smooth transaction process Assist Landlords, tenants through their letting journey.
