Overview
Senior Workforce Business Partner Band 7, 20 hours per week. Flexible working will be considered; hybrid working options are in place.
Responsibilities
* Take a lead role in strategic and operational workforce practice and development within the defined directorate, operating as a member of the directorate’s multidisciplinary senior management team.
* Collaborate with Workforce Directorate colleagues to define service level standards and ensure proactive, safe, consistent, and effective HR practices that meet organisational objectives and the Directorate strategy within budget.
* Ensure delivery of an effective HR service for all employment matters across the employee lifecycle.
* Lead on defined corporate, cross-directorate, board-wide, and workforce-focused project work to provide variety and impact across the role.
Qualifications and Experience
* Chartered CIPD or working towards Chartered status; experience across a range of HR roles.
