Head of Lettings – Great Yarmouth / Lowestoft | OTE £55,000 | No Weekends | Shareholder Opportunity
Our client is a highly respected, established Estate Agency with a strong presence across the Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft area. Our client is now seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Lettings to lead, grow, and shape their lettings department.

The Role:
As Head of Lettings, you will take full responsibility for the performance, growth, and profitability of the lettings operation. You will be the driving force behind new business generation while leading and developing a motivated, high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
8. Growing the property portfolio and maximising revenue as the primary instruction winner
9. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords and clients
10. Driving branch profitability and consistently achieving financial targets
11. Leading, motivating, and managing staff through regular 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings
12. Implementing effective action plans to deliver results
13. Acting as the escalation point for complex lettings and property management issues
14. Overseeing maintenance issues, liaising with landlords and tenants, and coordinating contractors
15. Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice
To be considered for the Head of Lettings role, you will be:
16. An experienced lettings professional with a proven track record of winning new business
17. A confident and effective people manager
18. Commercially driven with a strong focus on results and growth
19. Customer-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills
20. Knowledgeable in current residential lettings legislation
21. Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
22. ARLA qualification preferred but not essential.
