What You’ll Do
* Lead and mentor team members and fellow leaders
* Shape thought leadership to strengthen brand and industry presence
* Define strategic vision across people, process, technology, and data
* Oversee delivery of complex client engagements and build strong, lasting client relationships
* Manage risk, quality, and client satisfaction
* Ensure accountability for client outcomes and contractual commitments
* Articulate clear value propositions and business case
* Extensive experience in a consulting environment
* Demonstrated expertise in Lab Informatics
* Demonstrated experience in transformation
* Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations
