We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Director of Learning to lead a dedicated faculty team and drive outstanding student outcomes.
You will be an experienced, dynamic, and passionate educational leader with a proven track record of raising achievement and standards across all key stages, and a history of delivering measurable results that move departments forward in all areas. In an already successful department, we need a leader who can take us to the next level - building upon academic attainment but driven to ensure that our offer goes beyond the curriculum touching the lives of as many students in our academy and community as possible.
You will be an ambitious, confident and collaborative team leader, capable of motivating, coordinating and uniting our successful teams so that each area of the Faculty is strong and fulfils our vision for excellence and participation. You will demonstrate the ability to inspire, develop, and support teaching staff to deliver consistently high-quality education that has a tangible impact. Your leadership will be central to shaping curriculum planning, staff development, quality assurance, and academic performance within your faculty.
