My client is a highly regarded, dynamic, market leader in their sector who has - due to business growth - the requirement for a new person to join their Project Management Team. Reporting to: Director of Operations
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Attend meetings with clients and suppliers prior to producing quotes. * Where required, visit the site to confirm specifications. * Liaise with the relevant internal departments to ensure delivery of accurate quotes.
* Support the Sales Team regarding bespoke pricing for projects as and when required.
* Attend pre-start and/or site meetings where necessary throughout the process.
* Complete programme of works, agreeing key dates with all suppliers.
* Liaise with the relevant designers / project managers / contractors to provide live updates and track the required installation / delivery date to site.
* Book in with the client / contractor all deliveries ensuring that the database is updated, and Logistics team are informed.
* Once the project is delivered, carry out an end of project review ensuring all lessons learnt are recoded and improvement methods implemented.What you'll need to succeed
