Job Description
1. Develop and expand overseas customer relationships, including new client acquisition, communication, and long-term relationship management.
2. Provide technical support to international clients by delivering product and solution support, including requirement analysis, solution design, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
3. Provide on-site technical support for customers and resolve technical issues encountered during product usage.
4. Participate in project implementation, including deployment, system integration, configuration, and commissioning of solutions.
5. Collaborate with the after-sales team to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during product operation.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
2. Experience in overseas automotive pre-sales technical support, with familiarity in automotive system integration solutions and implementation; existing overseas automotive customer resources are preferred.
3. Proficient in English with the ability to communicate and conduct technical discussions with international clients.
4. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
