Customer Service Advisor – Abingdon. Our client, a respected and well-established insurance provider, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Abingdon. Responsibilities
* Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide the right insurance solutions
* Delivering a friendly, professional service that builds trust and long-term relationships
* Handling queries, policy changes, and renewals accurately and efficiently
* Supporting customers with clear and helpful information to make confident decisions
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and ensure excellent client outcomes
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience (insurance or financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
* Organised, reliable, and proactive in solving problems
* Keen to learn, develop, and grow within a supportive team environment
* Motivated and positive, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service
