Job Description
* Supporting the Finance Business Partner in delivering strategic financial advice.
* Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
* Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Supporting project teams with financial management and advice.
* Helping to ensure financial controls are maintained.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
* Participating in the improvement of financial systems and processes.
* Working with other team members to achieve department goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Finance Business Partner should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
* Experience in financial business partnering.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
