Inbound Customer Advisor\nCardiff\n£27,000\nNO EXP required just good attitude and sense of humour\nFree parking\nClose to train station if you do not drive\nFull training will be provided\nHours of work\nMonday-Friday\n7am - 4pm\n730am - 430pm\n8am - 5pm\n\nThe key accountabilities and work outputs are:\no Telephone and email orders to and from customers\no An adept and timely response to customers' enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner\no Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion\no Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively\no Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required\no Communicating effectively with commercial and production teams and also haulage partners\nThe key skills for this role are:\no Excellent IT Knowledge\no The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to a high level of accuracy\no A natural curiosity and interest in other departments and ways of working\no Excellent customer service skills\no Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines\no A good eye for detail\no Ability to work with a small team\nExcellent written and communication skills are also essential. Previous experience working in the market is desirable though not essential as training will be given.
