Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Crewe. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising clients on hiring strategies. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing exceptional consulting services to ensure successful placements. Collaboration with the recruitment team and continuous improvement of recruitment techniques are key day‑to‑day tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Recruiting and Graduate Recruitment
* Proven expertise in Consulting and advising stakeholders
* Experience with conducting and managing professional Interviewing processes
* Excellent Communication skills for both clients and candidates
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
* Prior experience in managing recruitment teams is a plus
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
