Revenue/ Reservationist
You will have autonomy over the day-to-day management of the Front office and Reservations departments.
What You'll Do:
· Manage and oversee all front office operations, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service.
· Oversee the reservations team.
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize workflow.
· Handle guest inquiries, provide local recommendations, and resolve any issues with professionalism and poise.
· Oversee the management of guest services technology and software.
What We're Looking For:
· Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar managerial role.
· Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and team development.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
· Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office.
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
