Talent Aquisition Adviser
The principal areas of responsibility include collaborating with and supporting the broader People team aim to recruit, retain and develop exceptional people. You will work alongside the People Resourcing and Development Manager to deliver end to end recruitment support, ensuring that hiring managers and candidates receive a high-quality service.
As our Talent Aquisition Adviser, you will be responsible for:
1. Delivery of direct talent attraction and sourcing methods via the internal intranet, job boards, external social media and networking sites
2. Engage with recruitment agencies as and when required.
3. Key contact for internal and external job applicants, promoting the AFH brand throughout the candidate journey and ensuring a seamless experience
