Customer Success Executive
Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Salary: £28,000 basic plus OTE
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team in Wakefield as a Customer Success Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong client relationships, deliver outstanding service, and help customers get the most value from innovative products and solutions.
As the frontline ambassador for the company, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth - making a real impact on the customer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop a deep understanding of our technology and how it benefits customers
* Follow up on inbound leads to identify and secure high-value opportunities
* Identify, nurture, and qualify prospects from target lists
* Use outbound methods such as calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings
* Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects, converting them into qualified opportunities

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Outgoing, confident, and resilient when facing challenges
* Driven to succeed and progress within a sales-focused environment
* Comfortable with outbound outreach including social selling, cold calling, and email marketing
* Target-driven with a proactive mindset
