We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy mobile and workshop service team. You'll ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business growth while maintaining technical standards.
What You'll Do:
: Lead and motivate the service team, overseeing daily operations and groundcare upkeep.
: Resolve technical issues and act as the main contact for customers.
: Support apprentice development and ongoing team training.
: Manage budgets, monitor efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
: Leadership and team management
: Technical knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
: Strong problem:solving and communication skills
: Commercial awareness and ability to multitask
