Our client is a franchised car dealership, looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their team.

Parts Advisor Role:
1. To Handle sales of parts to the public and trade by telephone, fax and in person at the Retail/Trade Counter, and to operate the relevant Departmental Procedures to a high standard to ensure customer satisfaction.
To supply parts as requested to the Service Department
2. To raise and maintain legible And accurate records as laid down in Company Procedures.
3. To inspect parts in front of The customer as laid down in the Company Procedures.
4. To inspect incoming goods against the relevant documentation, and to report and record any discrepancies.
5. To place incoming stock in correct binning locations.
6. To pick customer orders and Place them in the correct area e.g. delivery area/inter-branch transfers, together with the relevant documentation.
7. To report and record any discrepancies/damage to stock parts.
8. To operate computers and other machinery/equipment in accordance with Company Procedures/Manufacturers’ instructions.
9. To support and implement the Company’s Quality System and carry out the responsibilities documented in the relevant Procedures Manuals.
10. To maintain the cleanliness of the customer area/warehouse.
11. To maintain a neat and tidy personal appearance
12. To observe all Health, Safety and Fire Regulations.
Needed Requirements:
-Previous experience would be great however is not necessary
-You must have great customer satisfaction skills and be able to provide great communication.
-You must be efficient, organised and flexible
-You must have management experience
-You must have a full driving license
Package:
Basic salary circa £25,000 OTE £35,000
Hours: Mon to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, every 3rd Saturday 8am to 12.30pm
