With an enterprise client base including Sainsburys, Tesco, Walmart, Woolworths, and Asda, they're looking for a talented CSM to join them and work proactively with their accounts to ensure maximum value is generated whilst also focusing on building long-term relationships.
As the Customer Success Manager you'll prioritise the needs and satisfaction of their customers. You'll work closely with a mixture of SME and Enterprise customers to ensure they're deriving value from the platform and understand the best practices relevant to their industries.
