Annual Review Admin Assistant (Part-Time – Maternity Cover) Location: Swindon Hours: 21 hours per week | Monday – Wednesday | 08:30-15:30 or 09:00-14:00 Salary: £12,890 per annum We are seeking an enthusiastic Annual Review Admin Assistant to join a local school. You will support the Annual Review Manager in preparing and administering all aspects of the Annual Review Process, which involves over 340 reviews each year. Key Responsibilities Prepare and organise Annual Review documents accurately Liaise with staff, parents, and external professionals to schedule meetings Maintain records using SIMS and other systems Provide daily reception cover and general admin support Assist the wider admin team with ad-hoc tasksKey Requirements Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks Flexible, approachable, and able to work on your own initiative Confident with IT systems (SIMS, Microsoft Office) DBS check required (or willing to obtain)If you have the relevant skills apply directly or call (phone number removed) and ask for Snix to discuss further
