The organisation is hiring full-time lawyers on a retainership basis to manage and represent the company in its litigation matters across multiple domains of law.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Handling company litigation matters
* Representing the company in civil, criminal, arbitration, and rent cases
* Managing legal strategy and case proceedings
* Coordinating and handling ongoing disputes and legal documentation
Eligibility:
* Law graduates with 5–10 years of litigation experience
* Strong practical exposure to court procedures and dispute resolution
* Ability to independently handle litigation matters
